How synchronization works

A visible, reviewable connection.

    Connect securely

    An authorized church administrator connects Planning Center using OAuth. Faith Care HQ does not ask staff to share their Planning Center password.

    Synchronize on schedule

    An initial synchronization is queued after connection. Every six hours, connected and eligible church accounts are queued for another synchronization, and administrators can also request one manually.

  3. 3

    Review outcomes

    Administrators can see connection status, recent issues, synchronization history, and counts for updated members and households.
